K-12 East Lansing, Michigan Received Bachelor of Arts Degree from Michigan State University School of Business (with honors) in 1973 Fulfilled requirements for Juris Doctor from University of Detroit in 1976. Engaged in private practice of law since 1977. Completed State Civil Mediation Training and Certification Requirements.

Currently a Life Member. Former Member MSU Athletic Council; 1990 "Alumnus" Member on the Spartan Athletic Review Committee ("SpARC"). Former Member and Chair of Council of Elders, The Peoples Church of East Lansing; New Pastor Search Committee; City of East Lansing Charter Review Task Force. Enjoys family, friends, sports, national parks, fresh roasted coffee, and God's grace.
